Refund policy
At Good Vibes Wine Co, we want you to enjoy your wines and shop with confidence.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at googvibeswineco@icloud.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement, refund, or store credit where appropriate.
Due to the nature of wine products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
If a parcel is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us and we will work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, customers are entitled to a replacement or refund for products that are faulty, damaged, or not as described.
