A sexy and complex Pinot Noir that is fruity, spicy, and textural all at the same time. Slow Pinot has the deep deliciousness of a New Zealand cool climate Pinot Noir. 

Aromas and flavours of dark plums and dark skinned cherry fruits. There’s layers of earth-spice and wood spice then a touch of smoke and baking spice. Youthful and nicely complex, textural and persistent.
